Oh my dayz!!! Not long home from my very first 3ness and whattttt pure craziness. Amazing event, well organised, ALL the 3ness crew, staff, helpers were just incredible with their service with a smile. I felt so welcome the moment I arrived. And all weekend everyone was smiling happy vibes, kicking tunes, love everywhere! Sooooo many classes to choice all bad bad bad was hard choice which to go too!!! Presenters on point no divas no attitude just kept it real! In my opinion 3ness is the VERY BEST fitness weekender on the planet!!!

I had a fantastic week-end at 3ness event. So many different classes to choose from, that was wicked! Instructors were amazing!!!! I really enjoyed each one of my classes. Excellent work out!!! Supervisors were awesome, thank you guys :)!!! Such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone on the same level. I was very impressed!! Great entertainment, great venue, loved the food, loved my room. Everything was absolutely spot on!!! Big up to the organisers!! I’m looking forward to coming in Feb!
