Fitness fanatic or first Journey

Whether you are a fitness fanatic or on the first leg of your fitness journey, 3ness' timetable of classes and events will suit your every need.

Weekend breaks are full board

Our weekend breaks are all full board, so you can relax in the knowledge that all your creature comforts have been taken care of.

Relax or party the time away

Though fitness is the main activity at our events, we also cater for persons that wish to get away and relax or party the weekend away

WHAT HAPPENS ON A 3NESS FITNESS WEEKEND?

Friday

This is arrival day. Check in is from 12pm, which gives you ample time to explore the hotel before we kick off with our timetable of fitness classes. Friday will have a small number of sessions available.

After the classes and from 7pm we kick off the Friday night with a 4 course buffet meal followed by Presenter introductions and a Show. This will be your chance to hear about the classes over the weekend and to see some great comedy, dance and so much more.

We then move into the ‘Street’ where there is the option of partying, playing games such as cards, Dominoes, Connect 4, Jenga, etc before the main party night starts with our resident DJ’s.

Saturday

The full day of fitness starts with breakfast from 7am – 9am followed closely by 3 hours of fitness classes or take in a seminar in the conference room. The workout zones are designed to suit all kinds of fitness disciplines:

  • Choreography – Dance, Step, Hi/Lo and any class designed to work the mind and body.
  • Bootcamp – Circuits, Totally Shredded, Armageddon, Insanity, Combat, Fit2Fite and any class designed to work the body – HARD!!!
  • Indoor Cycling – many flavours of indoor cycling by our vast field of talented presenters.
  • Mind/Body – Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, Body Conditioning.
  • Outdoor Green – Sprints, Runs, Shuttle running, Outdoor bootcamp
  • Seminars – Nutrition, Life Coaching, Health Products, Sportswear.

You will be hard pressed to find a workout that you did not want to attend in any given hour. Midday Saturday is lunchtime and for 2 hours you get to eat and rest until the classes start again for another enjoyable 4 hours.

If you wish to take a break from the workouts there are ample places to go for some rest and relaxation. Venture to the Sauna,  Pool or catch a Massage, Pedicure, Manicure or even some retail therapy with our indoor shopping area – you know what they say about all work and no play!

After the classes cease at 6pm, it is time to get ready for our dress theme night party – it could be suits & dresses, Schoolwear, Doctors and Nurses, who knows!!

Sunday

Always a sad day 🙁 Breakfast is consumed from 7am-9am and classes finish at 11am.
