This weekend is for our usual fitness client who has friends or family who are frightened of the prospect of a fitness weekend. They can do the other activities that are available at the weekend, whilst the fitness fanatic works out and then join up for the parties.
This year Brunch is included in your package but shifted to the evening to morph into a 2-course sit-down event called The Dinner Party!

Fitness classes for all levels are part and parcel of your package at the RELEASE Weekend. With 21 classes to choose from you will have no problem finding workouts that will give you joy and some that will bring you pain, but in a good way.
On offer will be a range of classes from Step to Dance to Combat to Pilates to Aqua to Weights. The 3ness presenters Patrick Sinclair, Ross Mathieu, Faye Edwards, Sim Sema, Winston Squire, Pauline Thomas, Julian Baker and Carroll Locke will be on hand to not only work you, but to advise you on your own fitness goals.

Over the weekend you will be in the energetic and musically gifted company of Big Business & Break4Beatz who will be bringing you the hype at both the Friday night Welcome Party and the Saturday Bottomless Bubbly Dinner Party by Partyweekenders.com.
This is a new concept to our weekend events where you will be welcomed to a 2-course table service dinner in the Danetree Banqueting suite. Then for 1 hour you will be served Bubbly as the Old Skool team bring the house down with 80s, 90s and 00s music, Karaoke and Birthday celebrations (are you celebrating your birthday?).
Once the Dinner Party is over the partying continues into the night with the Big Business & Break4Beatz DJs and MrWhyte.
Welcome to the Break4Beatz collective, the brains behind the award-winning and self-titled musical getaway to Corfu, who will bring you that eclectic sound of urban vibes.
If you loved house parties back in the day or enjoy a carnival sound system then be prepared for the energy this collective will bring you.
